Welcome to the web site of Mill Wynd Studio in Prestonpans, East Lothian. This is a new studio, set up in the spring of 2008.
The studio is home to 3 local artists, working in several media including watercolour, oils, pastel and ceramics.
Two of us are also active in belly dance and the studio provides an ideal dance floor!

On the belly dancing front, Margaret appeared in the 3 Harbours' Night of Dance on Saturday 6 June (see the belly dance page for a link to the video), and will be doing a belly dance demonstration in Prestonpans Library on Friday 12th June at 2:30 pm.
She had here first solo appearance at the RAQS Britannia event in Blackpool last June, followed by another at Inveraray. She has also appeared in haflas in Leith and Peebles and at the Haddington Festival. A section of this site is devoted to this topic.
